Matt Nummy is a singer-songwriter and audio engineer from New York. Cultivating a passion for writing lyrics and melodies from a young age, Matt has honed his skills for over a decade and is gearing up to release his debut album. Expressing personal emotions through his own unique lens, Nummy draws inspiration from great songwriting talents like Ben Folds, John Mayer, and Billy Joel, among several others to create relatable and engaging music.

Eager to better understand the industry behind the art form he loves so much, Matt attained his BA degree in Music and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2022. Over the past several years, Matt has become a very capable composer, arranger, and audio engineer for a wide variety of music genres including pop, indie, hip-hop, and electronica as well as choir/orchestral music.
